Practical reading path

Map the program and the market separately

The program provider sets the evaluation and payout contract. The market reference helps determine prices and trading conditions. These are separate roles. Read the provider’s terms for the obligations it accepts. A market name or an exchange logo does not create a funding promise by that exchange.

Distinguish your own account from Capital

A personal account uses funds you deposit for your own trading. A Capital account follows the purchased program’s simulated balance and loss rules. Moving between screens does not make these balances interchangeable. Check the active account before placing an order or requesting a payout.

Check supported markets and leverage

A program can permit fewer markets or lower leverage than a personal account on the underlying venue. Read the active account’s market list and order limits. Do not use a general exchange maximum as the maximum for an evaluation or funded program.

Verify the destination before paying

Use the official Legend app and documentation to inspect the program. Confirm the program name, account size, price, and rules on the purchase screen. This reference does not collect payments or wallet signatures. No link here establishes an endorsement from Hyperliquid.

Questions and answers

Is Legend Capital a Hyperliquid-owned prop firm?

This guide does not claim that. Legend operates Legend Capital. Hyperliquid is a separate project. The program’s obligations come from Legend’s terms.

Can I withdraw the advertised Capital balance?

No. Legend Capital uses simulated starting balances. Eligible profits can be paid under the program’s rules; the starting balance itself is not withdrawable.
